I, H. Hillmers, Master of the Steamship Eider, do solemnly, sincerely and truly declare

List or Manifest Of ALL THE PASSENGERS taken on board the Steamship Eider
whereof H. Hillmers is Master, from Bremen and Southampton burthen 2952-71/100 brit.
reg. tons.
Columns represent: Passenger number, Names, Age (years, months) Sex, Calling, the
Country of which they are citizens, location on ship, number of pieces of baggage, other
(seems to indicate city of origination or residence). The column Intended destination or
location has been omitted; all listed as US of A. The column status of transit was
eliminated; for most passengers this column contained the words "int protr soj" which
presumably means intending protracted sojourn. The passengers who have US of A listed
as country of citizenship all have a line drawn through this column. The column date and
cause of death has been omitted because there were no deaths among passengers 1001-
1225.
